Yoga

After recently injuring my ankle, I've had to rethink my workout plan. Gone are the 45-minute treadmill runs and the half-hour jogs outside.

While I'm still investigating bikes and rowers for cardio (I *hate* the ellipitcal trainer) I'm looking for something to help my overall mood as well as fitness (I just don't see myself getting anything equivalent to a runner's high from the bike.)

Yoga. I used to practice yoga regularly, and to my recollection it was a fabulous mood stabilizer in addition to increasing both strength & flexibility.

So my goals - return to regular yoga practice, at least weekly, specifically incorporating Warrior 1 & 2 to help stretch my hip flexors and bridge pose for my back.
