One thing at a time

I want to be this really healthy person. I want to eat better, exercise more, get more sleep etc. So, I've decided to make that happen. But one thing at a time. I've been exercising semi-regularly for about 4 weeks now. No huge changes, other than it's becoming a habit. So far it's been all fitness classes: pilates, yoga and an abs class. In another week or so, I'll feel comfortable about it sticking and I'll try to make another small step. I'm going to try to drink more water and/or eat more fiber. That's it that'll be the addition for the next 3 weeks or so. Eventually I'll add some cardio to my routine. I'll work on going to bed on time and eating more vegetables. But one thing at a time.
