So after a two-week hiatus, I'm re-starting my fitness routine. I did a 25 minute walk on the treadmill last night & went to Pilates today. Even though I'd lost some momentum and things that were becoming easy have gotten hard again, it felt good.
This time around I'm doing everyday right from the beginning, but starting with relatively easy workouts. For instance, that 25 minute treadmill bit will eventually be a 90 minute yoga class.
Mostly I'm just trying to be more fit, and I'm less concerned with my actual weight. My doctor has other priorities for me, but they're not in conflict.
